Urgent courier FAQs
How quickly can an urgent courier collect?
In most UK cities, urgent collection is possible within 30 to 60 minutes, subject to driver availability. The app shows live couriers near your pickup so you can book the fastest option.
What counts as an urgent delivery?
Anything that cannot wait until the next day: legal documents for court, failed machinery parts, medical samples, keys for a same-day completion, or stock for a customer who needs it today.
Is urgent delivery more expensive?
Urgent collections are priced on distance, vehicle and immediate availability, so a quote may be higher than a scheduled booking. You always see the live price before confirming.
Can you do urgent deliveries outside normal hours?
Subject to driver availability in your area. Enter your pickup details and the platform will show couriers who can collect now.
